Delivery

We post to mainland UK addresses. Everything is sent tracked.

What it costs

• Free on orders of £15.00 or more.
• £4.00 packaging and delivery on orders below that.

Your basket shows the charge before you pay, and tells you how much more to add to reach free delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: no fees appear afterwards.

How long it takes

• Orders placed before 9am on a working day are sent the same day; after that, the next working day.
• Most parcels arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.
• Some items are sent directly by our supplier, which can take up to 7 working days. The product page says so before you buy.

You will get the tracking number by email when your parcel leaves. If it has not arrived within 10 working days, email us at shop@pickbury.co.uk and we will chase it.

Where we deliver

Mainland UK only at the moment. The Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can carry a surcharge or a longer wait; email us before ordering and we will confirm. We do not ship outside the UK yet.

If something is wrong

Parcels do occasionally go missing or arrive damaged. Tell us within a reasonable time and we will replace the item or refund you. You are not expected to chase the courier yourself — that is our job.
